Introduction to PCS customer training

Whether your investment is in a totally new IT system, a simple system upgrade or additional software, your best return will only be obtained if your staff are appropriately trained.

We offer a wide range of training courses in our fully equipped, air conditioned Training Centre at our Sutton Coldfield headquarters. Attendees benefit from the use of the Centre's dedicated Local Area Network, enabling practical experience to be gained on a fully operational system. Comfortable rest areas and in-house catering facilities are provided for the convenience of delegates.

A comprehensive range of market-specific courses is fully supported by detailed course notes, designed to assist the on-going learning process once the course had been completed.

We recognise that the value of any training is dependent to a large extent on the skills of the trainer. In this respect we are proud of our committed team of experienced professional trainers, the majority of whom are drawn from their specialist market sectors.

Training at your own location

In addition to courses held at our Training Centre, we are able to conduct training on your own premises.

Refresher courses

It is a feature of the software industry that product updates are released from time to time. To ensure that our customers benefit from such updates, we operate a regular programme of low-cost, short-duration refresher courses whenever a major software update is released.

The team are fully accredited with the principal software companies such as Microsoft and have in-depth knowledge of developing for accounting and manufacturing systems.
