If a problem arises, one of our field engineers will be with you as quickly as possible. Following your call to PCS, our Customer Care Centre will ensure our engineer is fully briefed before arrival, thus minimizing the time needed at your premises to resolve the problem.

You can choose from a range of maintenance plans, ensuring that cost and response times correspond to your business requirements. For example, mission critical components such as file-servers and back-up devices may require fast, guaranteed response times, whilst less critical components could be covered by our standard service agreement. Irrespective of the plan you choose, you can be assured of high quality, professional care.
In today's complex world of IT, resolving hardware problems often demands a thorough knowledge of operating system software from major suppliers, such as Novell and Microsoft. For this reason many of our engineers hold the Certified Novell Engineer or Microsoft Certified Engineer accreditation.
